USEFUL INFORMATION
Please take your time to find answers to most common questions about your skydiving experience. If you want to know more, contact us.
Most skydives are completed within 3–4 hours from your arrival. However, due to possible delays caused by weather or air traffic control, we recommend setting aside the full day.
Please dress suitably and comfortably for your skydive.
- Athletic, comfortable clothes are advised
- Sneakers or sport shoes are ideal for your skydive. Please make sure your shoes don't have any buckles or studs on them
- Not allowed: Sandals, boots or heeled/platform shoes of any type.
- Customers are advised to remove any jewelry, watches and other accessories before their skydive. These can be placed in the free personal lockers at our locations.
- Every customer will be given protective eye goggles to wear during their skydive. So, if you need to wear prescription glasses or lenses during your skydive, please do so. You don't want to miss that view!
You must be at least 12 years old and bring a valid government-issued photo ID on the day of your skydive. Ages 12–17 require signed parental/legal guardian consent and presence on-site with ID. If you're 70 or older or have medical concerns, consult your doctor in advance.

All aviation activity is dependent on suitable weather conditions, of which we mostly have on Kenyan coast. However, weather conditions such as rain, heavy low cloud or high winds can all prevent your skydive going ahead. If you cannot complete your skydive due to weather conditions you will be able to arrange another date. You have up to 12 months from your original jump date in which to re-book your skydive.
No. Skydiving regulations prohibit tandem passengers from carrying cameras. However, you can purchase our professional media package (photos + video). Friends and family are welcome to film your preparation and beach landing from the ground.
The simple answer is that all skydivers carry a main and a reserve parachute. If the main parachute fails to open the reserve would be used. During your tandem skydive this procedure will be done by your Instructor. In addition to the two canopies there is an automatic device known as an Automatic Activation Device (AAD), which would open the reserve parachute if the instructor were unable to do so.
We’re often asked if tipping your instructor is appropriate. Yes, tipping is greatly appreciated, if you enjoy your skydive you may tip your instructor! A tip is a great way of communicating your satisfaction with your jump.
