7. FAQ
Most skydives are completed within 3–4 hours from your arrival. However, due to possible delays caused by weather or air traffic control, we recommend setting aside the full day.
Wear comfortable athletic clothes and secure sneakers with no studs or buckles. Avoid sandals, boots, or any heeled footwear. Remove jewelry, watches, and accessories before your jump — lockers are available for safekeeping. Goggles will be provided and can be worn over prescription glasses or contact lenses.
You must be at least 12 years old and bring a valid government-issued photo ID on the day of your skydive. Ages 12–17 require signed parental/legal guardian consent and presence on-site with ID. If you're 70 or older or have medical concerns, consult your doctor in advance.It’s important to inform us before booking if you’ve had recent surgeries, injuries, or any physical limitations.
Skydiving may not be suitable for individuals with:
- Epilepsy or fits
- High blood pressure
- Heart or lung disease
- Severe head injuries
- Mental illness
- Recurrent blackouts or dizziness
- Dislocated shoulders or limb issues
- Diabetes Drug or alcohol addiction
If conditions are not suitable due to rain, strong wind, or low clouds, your jump will be rescheduled. You’ll have up to 12 months to rebook.
No. Skydiving regulations prohibit tandem passengers from carrying cameras. However, you can purchase our professional media package (photos + video). Friends and family are welcome to film your preparation and beach landing from the ground.
Each rig has a main parachute and a reserve. If the main is not deployed, the instructor activates the reserve. Additionally, every rig is equipped with an Automatic Activation Device (AAD) that will deploy the reserve parachute automatically if needed.
